Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and First India Store when you browse, order or return anything on this site. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

01Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by FIRST INDIA SERVICES, a partnership company registered in India under GSTIN 07AALFF4667P1ZM. Throughout this document "we", "us" and "our" mean FIRST INDIA SERVICES; "you" means anyone using this site.

We sell two things and only two things: men’s clothing and boys’ clothing. We are the seller of record for everything listed — this is not a marketplace, so there is no third-party seller between you and us.

02Using this site

By browsing or ordering you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

  • You must be at least 18, or be using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • The details you give us at checkout must be accurate and yours to give.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to place fraudulent orders.
  • Content, photography and copy on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, a pricing error, or abuse of a promotion. If we do, any amount already taken is refunded in full.

03Products, sizes and stock

We show every available size for a product by reading the size information supplied with that product, so what you see on the page reflects what is actually held. Sizes are given as a guide; small variations in measurement are normal in apparel.

Colours can appear differently between screens. We describe fabric and colour as accurately as we can, but a screen is not a shop floor.

Stock counts update as orders come in. If something sells out between your order and dispatch, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

04Pricing and payment

The price you see is the price you pay. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. Shipping is free on every order and there is no cash-on-delivery surcharge. Nothing is added at the payment step.

The GST component is shown separately in your bag and on your invoice, as required.

We accept UPI and cash on delivery. UPI payments are processed by our payment partner; card details are never stored on our servers.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical fault, we will contact you before dispatch rather than silently cancelling.

05Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Until then, either side may cancel.

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately, and a dispatch email with tracking once the parcel leaves us.

06Delivery and returns

Delivery timelines, charges and serviceability are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refund timelines are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

07Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work to keep it both.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.
